Bed extremely comfortable, good curtains which blocked the daylight. Very clean, Good shower and bath, ample hot water. Breakfast fine. Restaurant offering for dinner was predominantly high-calorie food.

IT WAS JUST WHAT I EXPECTED NO MORE NO LESS COULD DO WITH THE MASTIC REMOVING AND REPLACING WITH A DARK COLOUR AND A BIT OF POLISH ON THE TAPS I WOULD EMPLOY A PERMINANT ON SITE MAINTAINANCE MAN TO GO AROUND EACH ROOM AND KEEP THEM IN TOP ORDER THIS CAN THEN BE RELAYRED TO THE PUBLIC ON YOUR WEBSITE ( THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT JUST FRIENDLY ADVICE )

Nice and attentive staff at desk. General cleanliness. Seemed like a lively hotel, their were guests about and at the bar and seating area outside, I love a lively place. The ROOM was clean, just not the bathroom.

Easy check in just before midnight. Excellent location to hit the M1 early for a journey north without having to negotiate London traffic. Very comfortable bed in good size room. Free and convenient parking. We received a telephone call from reception about two hours after checking out telling us we had left an Ipad in the room and they would keep it safe until we made arrangements for a friend to collect it. This was much appreciated as in the past items we have left in other places have never been seen again. Will definitely book again.

It’s decent and love the location. Very easy drive just off the motorway. We chose stay few miles off the city as it was wayyyy cheaper. I love this hotel! Room is big for the family. The carpet felt a bit damp though and smells bleach. Looks like just newly cleaned. Breakfast was lovely but no poached egg sadly. Staff are lovely too especially the indian guy that serves us in the evening. The guy that welcomed us at the reception looked a bit annoyed and grumpy though. Overall i will definitely come back again.

The place very good if you need a solemn place to stay, away from the noice of the city.Staffs are helpful, foods is nice English Breakfast that was included on the bill.Room is quitely clean but still there is improvement needed.The only thing is if you do not drive and have no car a little bit hard to find tranportation.It is near the M1 highway, uber or taxi is not easy to book.But if you love walking then it is a nice place to stay enjoy a little bit of exercise before getting into bus stops and the accesible road for transpo...
